  • Devised hiring and recruitment policies for a 50+ employee company.
  • Creation and implementation of the human resource strategy for all entities across the organization, including but not limited to organizational KPIs, onboarding, offboarding, PTO policies (hourly and salary employees), anniversary and birthday rewards program design, intranet (Google Wiki) design, systems/resource management and updates.
  • Partner with the third-party ADP administrator for onboarding, offboarding, and payroll processes for employees.
