• Managed day-to-day business operations.
• Managed a crew of 8 guys, half went to our landscaping crew and the other half went with our Hardscaping crew.

• More depth of my day to day, I would meet our guys at 7 AM, set them up on jobs, making sure all materials were there for what had to be completed that day and for job. I would average around 5 to 10 estimates a day. Check in on progress, then spend rest of my day drawling up estimates and scheduling future job.
• We used to do retaining walls, drainage, grading, patios, fireplaces, steps, planting, grass, fall and spring cleanups.
• In 2022 I sold my company to try a new business venture in a different state, unfortunately didn’t work out. I moved back February 2024 and have sold about $50k worth of work which I have subbed out to my old company.

- the owner was one of my friends, I moved out to help him with his construction business. He just started in 2015. We worked in variety of construction jobs. Such as remodeling inside houses and hardscaping. I worked side by side with my buddy, spoke with customers and helped with estimating. In 2018 he was too slow with work and closed his company, I moved back to Pennsylvania and started my own company.
