I am currently working as a Consultation agent for Geek Squad at Best Buy. As as Consultation Agent I am Tasked with:

• Helping clients with any and all tech issues.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
• Managing appointments and making sure customers are happy with work done.
• Listening carefully to customers and explaining complex insurance information simply and concisely.

I was a Sales advisor as well the Google Ambassador at my Best Buy store. This meant:

• I was certified in Google products like Chrome books and Google pixels.
• I was awarded for being in the top 5% of the Google Ambassadors program Globally, due to my high sales.
• I Maintained current knowledge of applicable sales and product changes in order to provide best possible service for all customer needs.

As a Tech Intern I would help students and teachers with all different technical issues at my high school. This included:

• Fixing computer software issues, calibrating Smartboard's, installing landlines, printers, and testing chargers.
• I supported staff members in their daily tasks, reducing workload burden and allowing for increased focus on higher-priority assignments.
• Sorted and organized files, spreadsheets, and reports.
