Epic OpTime/Anesthesia, Device Integration, and Third Party Software consulting and administrative computer services for assigned clients.

• Apply technical expertise to individual client system build in order to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.

• Epic OpTime Application Coordinator, providing application design, build, testing, and support (including break/fix, Go-Live support, optimization/Jira requests and build)
• A primary analyst for OpTime Project/Implementation team, with a focus on Facility Structure (24 full cycle implementations and counting)
• Served as Data Collection Steward for ongoing implementations, Co-Administrator/Expeditor for all Jira/PartnerTogether initiatives, Readiness and Adoption Co-Lead, Workflow Dress Rehearsal (WDR) Lead, and as a Testing Lead responsible for continuous improvement of quality of testing procedures and policies
• Frequently provide mentorship, assistance, and technical expertise to fellow team members and other teams
• Lead and participate in team meetings, troubleshooting and root cause analysis sessions, and other various meetings as requested.

• Provided expert level technical, application, break/fix, and workflow support to clients utilizing Epic EMR software

• Primary advanced support of Epic OpTime installation: SER/EMP creation and access management
• Department, procedure, preference cards build/maintenance
