Implement daily parts transactions over the counter to customers and for internal work orders. Close work with technicians and service managers in order to meet certain deadlines and desired requests by customers. Organize the warehouse daily and manage inventory counts to ensure all parts are accounted for and addressed correctly in our systems. Also handle part transactions for the company lube technician in order to perform services on certain machines and meet customer timelines and satisfaction.

Handle parts delivery orders and handle face-to-face transactions with customers. Assisted in the warehouse with inventory cycle counting as well as assistance with shipping and receiving.

• Responsibilities: Overseeing daily operations, managing and handling all work orders, provide parts pricing information to branch personnel when needed, documenting orders and parts shipments, managing vendors, maintain, update, and verify inventory, handling parts, providing customer service, analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and developing strategies to improve the workplace.
