  • Maintain all Endpoints related to organization (~400 Desktops, ~500 Notebooks, ~100 iPads, ~25 MacOS). This has led to a reduction in the number of hardware tickets received
  • Engineered the roll out of JAMF to stand up an MDM solution for the organizations Apple products. This led to better management of all Apple devices in the environment
  • Create fixlets and tasks in HCL BigFix in order to facilitate automated software installs for users and to seamlessly patch Windows OS and other 3rd party vendor applications (Adobe, Google, Java)
  • Documented various procedures for the installation of various organization wide used Application on endpoint. This has reduced the involvement of the engineers and has made the Service Desk more self sufficient
  • Engineered a Windows 7 – Windows 10 migration. This was in accordance with Microsoft ending support for Windows 7 and made the organization compliant
  • Deployment - Imaging of PC’s and Laptops- responsible for maintaining and updating images. There are 3 images for the main organization business units, each needed to be update monthly in accordance with the Information Security guidelines
  • Built Citrix AppLayers that contained all necessary applications needed for users to work remotely. This led to the preparedness with staff needing to be remote when the COVID-19 pandemic hit
  • Engineered a reduction in vulnerabilities by implementing a procedure to patch endpoints as needed within a 30 day window in accordance with NCUA guidelines
  • Implemented a procedure to read reports from Rapid 7 in order to drive vulnerability remediation
  • Documented procedures on creating Citrix AppLayers to be used by other technology professionals within the different to avoid the silo of information. This has led to other members of IT department to assist with the effort of building AppLayers
  • Engineered a Chrome WFH and onsite experience using the Google Console and Google licensing
