Motivated and compassionate nursing student seeking more clinical experience outside of school for the summer of 2027. • Completed competencies in medication administration, vital signs, Foley catheter insertion and care, and wound care; will complete IV medication administration and IV insertion competencies by the end of the 2027 academic year.
• Completed five-week clinical rotations on orthopedic step-down, cardiac step-down, and psychiatric units, with upcoming rotations in neurological and medical-surgical units.
• Perform vital signs, activities of daily living (ADLs), patient assessments, blood glucose monitoring, and medication administration under clinical supervision.
• Assist nurses and CNAs with patient care and daily clinical tasks while maintaining a safe, respectful, and patient-centered environment.
