Work History
Auto Non Injury Complex Adjuster
USAA
Tampa, FL
06.2023 - Current
As an auto complex claims adjuster with USAA I investigate claims and make decisions to indemnify parties involved in accidents. Many of these are total losses, UMPD claims, limits issues and other fairly complex types of claims. I interview witnesses and view the accident scene to understand the nature of the claim and gain an understanding of what occurred prior to the claim. I evaluate photos, police reports, video footage, previous insurance claims and other information to further understand the incident. I work with appraisers, shops, and various companies to assist in services. I review the claim-holder's insurance policy in order to determine what should be covered. Most importantly I educate and guide both members and claimants through the claims process making it as easy as I can for them. At USAA I adhere to strict policies and procedures set forth for the service of our members.
