  • Collaborated with each cross functional group to ensure execution. Hosting program level meetings to track strategy changes and communicate risk mitigation planning.
  • Hosted weekly, monthly and quarterly technical reviews with the customer on the programs status. Deep diving into the programs new innovations for SW, platform and modular solutions.

  • Technical learning from the project has since been implemented into leading technologies today.
  • Executed projects targets, effectively resulting in the accounts first ALD PTOR resulting in >100million in revenue.
  • Used ALD and program management skills to implement stragies which resulted in tool buys for 3x selective removal tool sets (Capa, Frontier, SRP) which resulted in >300million in revenue.
  • Managed cross collaboration between key product units for MDP, Etch, DSM, ALD, Patterning, CMP and inspection to achieve wins in hardmask for 3x different device types ( Dram, Nand, SXP). During my time as PM, we won hardmask engagements for >6 layers which extended to 4x nodes resulting in >500million.
