• Coordinate the buying and selling process from start to finish and past the purchase. My clients are clients for life.
• Conduct comparative market analysis to determine optimal pricing for properties.
• Work closely with clients to facilitate appropriate loans, and credit reports.
• Arrange for inspections and surveys of properties.
• Attend classes and take continuing education in order to meet the georgia association of realtor requirements while staying up to date on contracts and trending strategies for sales.
• Negotiate contracts. Ensuring my clients interests are protected throughout the entire selling/purchasing process.
• Proactively address issues throughout transactions that are common reasons for terminations with clients. For example, inspection reports, spending money prior to closing resulting in termination of the contract, contacting the loan officer for buyers to ensure that we all make the transactions as smooth as possible.

Starting at Keller Williams on a team in December 2003, Transfering my licence to RE/MAX United in carrollton GA in 2004 , opening RE/MAX UNIDOS with John Sammon in 2006 ( spanish division ), Moving my license to my own firm Gaylor Realty in 2009 and then moving to Real Living GLR when things started to pick up in the market again. 11 of my 20 years in real estate I have been a TOP Producer. I received the Phoenix Award last year in honor of 10 years in top producer.
