Work with our departments daily dialer strategy to be able to perform accurate work flow and skip tracing accounts during contact management queue. Gathering data from CBR and Web Collections to find possible contact numbers to add to the dialer to help increase productivity and reach customers.
I use IEX to make my weekly work schedule and to track any down time and or missed punches, to add and adjust in real time moving any or adding any additional worked hours. Making sure that my requests planned or unplanned activities are approved and accounted for.
Utilize a variety of resources and tools to be able to preform my current role precisely. Such as MS Teams for daily work, IEX system, CMQ contact management dialer, use daily strategy to perform accurate work lists, Utilize Web Collections and Alvaria and CBR for Skip Tracing daily, have knowledge in utilizing Word, Excel and MS Office Tools.
