This position requires assisting and interacting with visitors, students, and staff during the day by meeting their needs. Being responsible for answering phone lines, emails, and handling multiple requests at a time. Important tasks such as maintaining safety procedures, lockdown and fire drills and keeping accurate logs; while making sure to keep count of all students, staff and visitors in the building. Also handling other safety concerns by attending to the main entrance, using a video intercom system to let people into the building; utilizing walkie talkies to communicate to other staff throughout the building. Completing it all while always keeping a calm, friendly demeanor throughout the day; ensuring the school is organized, running smoothly and represented well. By following procedures it allows me to still be able to meet my required administrative job duties, efficiently, and on time, by utilizing my multitasking and organizational skills.

- Created work orders for maintenance department to resolve as requested by staff
- Composed letters, memos, reports, emails, presentations and other written correspondence as required by management staff
- Coordinated mailings including sorting mail, preparing packages for shipping via courier service or postal services
