
Proven community manager with intuitive leasing and property marketing knowledge of family, as well as student housing properties. Well capable of maintaining the working order of facilities and enforcing community policies.
● Assist Regional Manager with property take-overs and training of employees
● Shop leasing consultants and offer training where needed.
● Maintain all accounting and financial reports.
● Codes and Inputs all monthly invoices upon receipt through Nexus.
● Maintains NOI following budget.
● Assists in preparing the annual budget.
● Conducts weekly meetings, walkthroughs, and inspections providing task lists for time
management.
● Regularly property walks to maintain appearance along with maintaining model appearance.
● Prepare any requested reports and complete the month end report.
● Complete and send all weekly reports to the Investment Manager.
● Complete monthly data entry for capital items.
● Crime prevention/Resident Activities.
● Meet with prospective residents leading in community tours.
● Proper organization of resident files.
