  • She had many medical needs requiring a lot of attention to detail and time such as bathing, changing her ileostomy bag, medication, helping to feed and making meals etc

  • As end of life progressed more detail to her care was necessary as she wasn't able to feed herself or move. She acquired bed sores that needed a lot of attention to make sure to further infections developed
  • Nursing staff commended my work every time they came to visit her seeing her sore was progressing in a positive direction, when health was better she was looking good and how I was able to elongate her life loner than they thought she would last per her estimated life expectancy
