• Develop, validate, and maintain sales commissions and attainment datasets to support IC programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to design and implement IC plans, including plan structure, budgeting, and communications for field sales teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate administration of monthly and quarterly IC processes by monitoring data inputs, applying business rules, and maintaining adherence to deadlines.

• Determine the Pay Market Zone for New York by collecting data from Radford and Comptryx.
• Develop SQL scripts to gather relevant employee data from different sources in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for reporting purposes.

Projects in the Undergrad Program in Business Analytics

• Analyzed 2018/2019 Premier League soccer teams’ performance metrics utilizing data sets from Kaggle. Studied relevant statistics for the top 6 and bottom 4 teams such as Average Goals, Home vs Away, Shots on Target vs Shots Off Target, and Clean Sheets vs Number of Wins to provide conclusions on the success factors for the winning teams. Developed Tableau Dashboards, Infographic etc for the report presentation.
• Developed a program for online ordering and billing for a cafe using Python.
• Conducted semantic differential scale test to measure ratings of respondents’ attitudes and consumer preferences for Nike vs Adidas.
• Applied the Poisson Distribution Model with Excel to predict peak customer walk-ins in a fast food restaurant to provide better customer service.
• Developed Excel linear regression graphs and dashboards to present a case study representing athlete’s tangible and intangible attributes contributing to their overall success in the NBA & NFL.
