Summary

I am an enthusiastic student passionate about learning new skills and am willing to work hard and learn from professionals. I have a strong history of talent at learning quickly and adding value to any team using leadership, communication and teamwork to complete tasks. I also have a solid academic achievement that is paired with demonstrated commitment and integrity.

  • Community Service Leadership: I have volunteered for 300+ service hours in multiple clubs inside and outside school. I have volunteered with numerous organizations inside my school, like the KEY Club, National Honors Society, and Student Council. I also volunteer for non-profit organizations like AASHA Infinite Foundation, Young Scholars Tutor, St. Louis Diaper Bank, and Soorya Performing Arts.
  • Work Experience: I am serving as a Trader Joe's crew member, delighting customers with the WOW experience. I have worked more than 700 hours. I also am currently a brand marketing Intern for start-up company: FeatsClub. I effectively shared results with the development team, exchanged ideas and information with other interns, and made detailed reports on how to improve app design and usability. I also improved user experience by using high school students' perspectives. My internship at AASHA Infinite Foundation allowed me to write engaging brochures and ads that highlighted the tutoring program's unique benefits to students.
  • Leadership at School: I have two leadership roles in my school, including Superposition as a Director of Social Media, in which I manage all of the social media platforms of the club, and a Diversity Senator in the Student Council, where I plan and conduct monthly events to help the student body enjoy and feel comfortable at school.
  • Performing Arts/Activities: I have danced Bharatanatyam in 20+ places including around India and America. I have performed in festivals including, St. Louis Festival of Nations, Asian Festival, and the Ohio Festival of Nations.
