  • Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
  • Perform food preparation or service tasks such as cooking, serving food and drinks, tempering, clearing tables and following up with customers, keeping any areas of the restaurant clean and tidy, and always having a lot of interaction with customers and other co-workers.
  • Organize and direct worker training, resolve personnel problems, setting up new hires throughout the computer systems, set up training days.
  • Do any kind of training, for new cooks, frontline employees, certify new trainers, new supervisors, any kind of new product that needs training on.
  • Order and purchase food and all other supplies. Also, take care of uniforms, making sure all employees have what they need. Making sure everyone meets proper uniform standards. Order any kind of uniform items needed: shoes, shirts, pants, nametags, etc.
  • Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
  • Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when any kind of equipment malfunctions if needed.
  • Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
  • Supervise other staff and provide training and orientation to new staff.
  • Prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices and record amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.
  • Count inventory and get all need paperwork ready for End of the Month paperwork.
  • I have taken classes through Hardee's to get to the position I am in, also I have certificates through the classes I took.
  • I have been a trainer for 6 years out of the 8 years I have been with Hardee's.
  • When the manager of the store is gone, I'm the person that takes over to run the store.
  • I'm a quick learner and for as long as I have been at Hardee's I have learned a lot and have had a lot of experience and interaction with people not only that I work with but customers as well.
