• Improved workflow processes, enhancing efficiency in claim resolution timelines. Often though efficient documentation and scoping.
• Prepared detailed reports, documenting all aspects of the claim process for future reference or potential litigation purposes.
• Adhered strictly to company policies and guidelines, as well as state and federal regulations, ensuring compliance in all aspects of claims handling.

• Contributed to overall property aesthetics improvements resulting from dedicated attention towards daily maintenance tasks and detail-oriented approach to groundskeeping.
