Service managers at Chipotle were required to be able to cook, serve, clean, maintain customer expectations, and ensure high standards for working conditions. Although it is a management position, it felt more like being the team captain of the crew.

I was the primary yard service manager, I was head of the yard crew and was responsible for ensuring top quality lawn service for all our customers as well as maintaining safe working conditions for myself and all other working employees.
