This was a hybrid role; half of my time was spent servicing internal clients as a tier two help desk agent and outside of that I was responsible for managing IT infrastructure in over 30 offices. Responsibilities included:

• Completed partial or full dismantling of equipment to quickly repair or replace defective components and restore functionality.
• Streamlined service processes, documenting repair procedures and creating comprehensive reports for each job completed.
• Enhanced system performance through troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex electronic and mechanical systems.
• Managed on-site and off-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.

I worked for a small real estate appraisal firm as an on call IT consultant. Responsibilities included:

• Increased client satisfaction by providing timely and effective troubleshooting support for various technical problems.
• Reduced downtime by proactively addressing potential issues through regular system maintenance and updates.
• Made recommendations and performed upgrades, assisting businesses in technology planning aligned with growth projections.
• Inspected equipment, assessed functionality, and optimized controls.
