Job Tasks
- Working with patients to help them with general issues that could be resolved without seeing an audiologist, such as replacing parts or cleaning hearing aids.
- Stocktook various parts/items and order replacements as needed.
- Checking insurance policies/plans for patients before their appointment.
- Ordering hearing aids and putting them together for appointments.
- Scheduling patients for appointments.
- Scanned physical copies of patients' charts into an online program.
