• Advised Goldman Sachs in a global settlement with the DOJ and state and federal agencies relating to residential mortgage-backed securities and in resolving dozens of related civil litigations.

• Seconded as a Partner of Sullivan & Cromwell to the General Counsel's Office to supervise billions of dollars of residential mortgage-backed securities litigation and investigations.
