Position Summary: Critical Job Functions: Stability Support to Participants • Triage and address incoming stability support issues to completion by working directly with participants by phone, email and text messaging, while developing successful outcomes for properties that ensure residents remain stably housed. • Secure Release of Information (ROI) agreements with participants. • Track ongoing incidents in Salesforce and maintain regular communications with participants and the Stability Support team to ensure problems reach complete resolution in a timely manner. • Identify and maintain local resources that help support residents during their housing journey. • Work with participants to create Stability Plans and Financial Assistance Requests when in-house payments are necessary. Project Coordination • Identify and support the deployment of strategies to streamline the response to resident incidents including programmatic changes, technology upgrades, or relationship management. • Serve as a subject matter expert on cross-functional project teams to ensure stability support functions are represented and moved forward as appropriate. • Identify and test opportunities to further automated ticket responses and scale engagement nationally.

• Worked closely with EPRAP team and Housing Stability Coordinator to connect through the Large Landlord program
• Conducted outreach (by phone, text, email, and door notices) to tenants and assess their eligibility for the program
• Ensured adherence to program requirements in the documentation of eligibility
• Processed check requests for properties including all eligible tenants
• Provided clear and consistent communication to tenants on the status of their applications
• Worked closely with the supervisor and Coordinator to ensure clear communication to Landlords and receipt of payments are sent to participating tenants
• Maintained knowledge of Wellspring Family Services programs and King County resources and provide appropriate referrals to tenants as needed
