Oisin Kang-O'Higgins

As a shift manager I supervise the daily operations of the store, leading a team to prioritize customer experience and cleanliness. In this role my responsibilities cover the cash management, inventory management, and the supervision of the store operations day to day. Additionally I help to train new team members to succeed in an efficient and collaborative work environment.

As an associate at Toy Roundup, I oversaw the acquisition of product for the store by handling and pricing collections being sold to the store. I also worked to maintain product displays and merchandising, managed inventory for the store, as well as aided in managing and shipping online orders all while maintaining day to day operations and providing excellent service to customers in person. Alongside these responsibilities, I also helped to construct, set up, and run the store's stall at conventions and toy shows.

As a barista I worked in a team setting to provide exceptional customer service to customers while growing my skillset to work in a fast paced, service based environment.

As a team member of SAM's Teen Arts Group I assisted in the organization and planning of community focused events and shows as well as the curation of community spaces and exhibits as a part of a collaborative team. During my time with TAG I also worked on the advertising for each event we hosted and organized.
