• I organized both indoor and outdoor playtime activities to promote the physical and mental development of children. I addressed their basic needs, including diapering and feeding, while ensuring they felt at home in childcare centers. I also encouraged children to walk and helped them achieve their developmental goals.

I collaborated with parents and guardians to support children's learning and development at home and in the classroom.

I led parent-teacher conferences to discuss each child's progress, strengths, and areas for growth. I designed and modified the classroom layout to create an accessible and interactive learning space.
