  • I started as a barista with no experience, but with a great desire to learn. Already in the first week I realized that being a barista is not just about pouring espresso, it's about putting people in the mood.

    I took a 3-month training course in coffee preparation for professional baristas. I got the first experience in communicating with customers, working with coffee machines and coffee beans.

    Every day I mastered new recipes, learned to feel the balance of flavors and communicate with guests so that they would come back not only for the coffee, but also for the atmosphere. The most rewarding part was seeing the smile on the face of regular customers when I already knew their favorite order.

    This job taught me patience, attention to detail and how important small joys are in everyday life. A year later I moved to another country, but my love for coffee and this job has stayed with me forever.
