Started with 1,000 square foot gourmet shop in 1986, the company currently operates a 30 seat café and bakery in Centerville. The bakery specializes in wedding cakes and includes as clients Sagamore Inn, Ocean Edge and Daniel Webster Inn among others. Casual Gourmet is the largest off-premise catering company on Cape Cod, the preferred caterer for the Cape Cod Museum of Art, Wianno Yacht Club, Osterville Historic Museum, Chequasett Club, Bourne Farm, Historic Highfield Hall and Nauticus Marina in Osterville, etc.
