• Including review of title, line locations and mapping parcels and tracts in appropriate locations along each pipeline.

• Oversaw all aspects of RR permitting across the State of Michigan for Consumers Energy for Electrical Transmission, Electrical Distribution as well as Gas transmission and distribution.
• Worked on rebuilds and other Electrical/Gas projects across all of Michigan in multiple counties at a time. Dealt with most carriers working within the state including, but not limited to Amtrak, MDOT, Canadian National Railway, CSX, Norfolk Southern Railway, Coopersville and Marne Railway, Consolidated Rail Corp., Grand Elk Railway, Grand Rapids Eastern Railroad, Great Lakes Central Railroad, Huron & Eastern Railway, Lake State Railway and Mid-Michigan Railroad.
• Handled the entire process from helping with design and implementing standards needed and/or required by the RR or permitting agencies, such as MDOT.
• Reviewed and made recommendations on all drawings, plans and profiles prior to submission.
• Worked closely with design team and engineering teams and mgmt to ensure timely responses and approval from RR.

Bluestem Pipeline, LLC

• Oversee all aspects of permitting for pipeline project crossing 5 counties in KS, 3 counties in OK, KDOT, ODOT as well as 5 separate RR entities. Worked with electrical co-ops and power companies to ensure all lines, sub stations and transformers met the needs for our valve sites and meter stations.
• Apply for and acquire access and crossing permits from agencies such as KDOT, ODOT, BNSF, Union Pacific, Grainbelt, K & O RR, and 8 counties across portions of KS and OK
• Assisted client and public outreach team and led efforts to meet with all entities and officials prior to the start of survey. Coordinated all meetings and hearings to educated public on our proposed line and what areas will be affected.
• Work with environmental team to properly apply for and obtain all needed permits to cross waterways, flood plains, and anything else related to environmental scope
• Spearhead identification and notification of all Foreign Line Crossing entities and obtain all crossing guidelines and stipulations needed for adherence of existing infrastructure
• Work with construction and engineering teams to ensure all valve sites are located in areas unaffected by future expansion plans for city/county/state projects. Worked in conjunction with permitting entities to apply for and obtain needed permits for access, both temporary and permanent, to all valve sites and future sites needed in event of expansion
• Maintain permit status report and meet weekly with client, management team and design team to update on submission status, approval status and timeline for all pending permits
• Determine and manage all construction stipulations for all affected entities and input into database to be shared and maintained throughout construction and completion of project

Cimarron Express Pipeline

• Manager permit acquisition for road and rail crossings in 3 separate counties in OK
• Develop and maintain relationships with permit agency representatives to better facilitate the acquisition of permits, licenses and easements from affected agencies including ODOT, BNSF RR, along with portions of Logan, Kingfisher and Payne counties
• Apply for and acquire access permits from government and private agencies such as ODOT, Railroad companies and local agencies for survey and geotechnical services for road crossings and flood plain permits.
• Attended all necessary meetings and hearings with client and approving agencies along proposed pipeline route. Presented proposed plan to all county entities as well as Commissioner Boards to educate them on process and route(s)
• Worked with Project Management Team and Client to manage all permitting requests
• Provides status reports, weekly, to Management Team and Client to keep them apprised of progress and any anticipated issues
• Handled all submissions, approval hearings and payments for County permits, DOT permits and all Railroads along pipeline
• Obtained approval, without incident, on all necessary permits across 3 counties, ODOT and BNSF RR

Shin Oak Pipeline

• Worked with Landowners to acquire survey permission and take note of specific issues or access on a tract by tract basis.
• Negotiated temporary and permanent easements.
• Prepared, submitted, and had approved road crossing and driveway permits across 7 counties in Texas for Shin Oak Pipeline project. As well as other state, city and regulatory entities.
• Represented company at Commissioner Court hearings for approval of all Road Crossing and Driveway permits.
• Handled temp occupancy permits and rail crossing permits with 2 separate RR entities and negotiated an easement to cross a shortline railroad company.
• Aided in the identification of water use on raw water line owned by a city operating outside of city limits for use in Hydro testing.
• Coordinated with Construction and Survey to limitations and stipulations provided by the state, county, city and other entities.

Access Northeast - FERC ProjectCrary St. - Meter Station (Providence, RI)

• Obtain survey permissions and coordinate survey activities; including civil, environmental, cultural and geotechnical investigations.
• Analyze and interpret right-of-way agreements to determine company rights.
• Communicate between company departments, cities and counties.
• Negotiated acquisitions of easements, temporary workspace, permits and use of cell tower property. Handled all electrical transmission and distribution needs related to Meter Station rebuild and relocation of lines associated with the area affected by Power company lines under and above ground.

• Led a team of Landmen in the acquisition of mineral acres in Ohio & West Virginia
• Responsible for research on Mineral Ownership and negotiated the purchase of Oil & Gas Leases in Oklahoma, Texas, and Kansas

Represent the agency in activities involving professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, public health agencies, nurse's associations, state and county medical societies to apprise them of the availability of the agency's Medicare services. In addition, I am also responsible for implementing programs and protocols that provide improved home health care services.

• Took over and expanded a territory and showed 15% growth in 2010.
• Selected as a Regional Trainer.

Operated and maintained the Navy's global telecommunication systems. As an IT I was tasked with maintaining proper communication between ship and shore commands. I had access to highly classified information and had to ensure it was placed in the proper authority. My job duties included processing and disseminating all message traffic from my ship to ship/shore commands. I also had to read and review all classified material entering the command through the message center and route it to the correct office.
