At this max facility forensic psychiatric facility, I develop, organize and implement stabilization and master plans that include psychiatric rehabilitation, addresses chronic medical issues and assists the individuals to gain insight of their mental illness. I'm responsible for monthly treatment teams where I track the progress of the patients and discuss with them their barriers to discharge. After 90 days the patients who are not guilty by reason of insanity go to a disposition meeting where they're able to advocate on further placement that can follow them to where they receive the same standards of care.

• Maintained organized and efficient document flows by using excellent planning and multitasking skills.
• Within this establishment I alternate working with a physician assistant and M.D. in family medicine doctors office. This facility is a private practice and I assist in note taking, looking up client records, documenting shots given to the patient and medicine dosages whether increased or decreased. Other tasks involved include documenting lab results, blood pressure readings, giving patients samples of medicines required and marking findings upon the physical exam.
