I alternated between frying chicken in the back of the house and assisting on the line with additional orders, based on where I was needed. I was cross-trained and had many duties, including stocking, cleaning, prepping raw chicken, ensuring that the chicken met safety requirements, and maintaining a tidy workspace to avoid cross-contamination and ensure optimal work quality.

My duties included taking customer orders and assisting them with their needs, such as helping them decide on their orders and suggesting suitable options for them and their families. I also prepared orders, ensuring they were made correctly and promptly. Additionally, I prepped the appropriate number of sides and completed additional prep work daily.

I ensured that customers, both in the lobby and drive-thru, were served quickly and accurately, while maintaining a positive attitude and ensuring they had a positive experience. I also maintained the cleanliness of the store, both in our workspace and in the dining area.
