Olivia Jennings

I’ve been working in the restaurant industry since I was 15 and have spent the last three years at La Casa Blanca growing through several positions including hosting, bussing, serving, and bartending. I really enjoy the fast-paced environment and the immediate gratification that comes from making sure guests have a great experience. It’s important to me that customers feel happy and satisfied with their time there since they are choosing to spend their money and time at the restaurant. Over the past year bartending has helped me become much faster, more efficient, and better at handling busy shifts where anything can happen at any time. I’ve also built strong relationships with many regular customers who come back specifically to see me, which is something I take a lot of pride in. I’ve always seen work as more of a challenge than a chore, and I’m always looking for ways to improve and exceed expectations.
