I am currently an active Junior on the Women's Lacrosse team at Ithaca College. I role as a leader is remind and make sure everyone is where they should be for events (practice, lift, events, etc.) I am returning starter defender from my previous year, so I have to work with my teammates to make sure that all is are working together and are in the same page. I take criticism and advice from all my teammates to continue to improve my performance and to create a bond of trust with my teammates.
