Over the years I have developed a strong sense of customer service, and offering a friendly and professional demeanor, with willingness to learn and grow in a hospitality environment. I have learned communication skills and and gained the ability to provide a welcoming and friendly environment in a hospitality environment. I am aiming to build positive relationships with my coworkers and customers as to contribute to customer satisfaction and allow for a positive experience allowing for return. I have a genuine interest in helping others and making the experience pleasant in doing so.
