As a Residential Staff Manager I, I am responsible for maintaining facility upkeep, supervising staff, and overseeing youth programming. I provide leadership through daily supervision, training, and meetings, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering staff development. Additionally, I align services with organizational policies and prioritize my own well-being.

As a Security Manager I coordinated new safety protocol procedures with the "988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline" to address emergency situations. I was responsible for organizing suicide prevention activities, including verbal de-escalation training and role-playing scenarios for all security personnel. Additionally, I implemented situational awareness training for security staff working in the surveillance department.

• Trained, coached, mentored, and supported ASI security personnel with monthly training sessions and building knowledge quizzes
• Conducting quality assurance and safety checkpoints for ASI security personnel and the overall site

• Managed and led personnel to ensure that officer's compliance, certifications, and training were maintained with the operations management of the department
