I am a bicycle mechanic with great repair and sales skills. I began work in the bicycle industry as an unpaid intern for roughly one year at Bike Peddler in American Fork. After this I was offered paid work at Trek Bicycles of American Fork, Utah, and worked there for a short time before returning to Bike Peddler when a paid position became available there. Bike Peddler is where I gained many technical repair skills in my early years of the trade. I continued to improve and gain skills after moving to Bingham Cyclery in 2019, both in the shop and at service trainings abroad (Giant/Yamaha ebike service, Specialized Master E-bike Technician). For the past three years I have been the Service Manager of the Sandy location. Sandy is the most successful service location that Bingham Cyclery has had, and we are actively trying to bring all of our other shops up to standard. Much of my day to day lately is standardizing service processes across my shop and the others.
