Annotate client CRFs for data mapping of existing raw clinical data to CDISC (version 3.1.2) Compliant SDTM datasets.
Extracted Raw data and created SAS SDTM datasets that are required for the project by using Specification.
Cleaning, Transpose, Sorting, and merging techniques is done using SAS/Base include Macros and SQL for Creating of SDTM datasets.
Create SDTM datasets that useful for Analysis purpose.
Worked on different SDTM dataset Like DM, SV, SE, EX, CM, AE, DS, MH.
Created ADaM datasets like Adsl, Adex as per CDISC standards and requirements of SAP by using SDTM datasets.

Project Two: Clinical Trials and Data Validation
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Responsible for programming functions necessary to support clinical research and clinical. data management activities in collaboration with the clinical data analysts within the group. Written and maintained programs used for review of data collected during clinical trails.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Involved in analyzing the raw data and planned for the programming logic to be created for the desired output.
Involved in developing SAS CODE for converting the MS Excel data into SAS Dataset.
Involved in Reading protocol and understood the relationships between data being captured from different sources and from a programming perspective.
Involved in using PROC SORT and PROC SUMMARY to get the Summary Statistics of different classes of drugs.
Involved in using Base SAS (MEANS, FREQ, TABULATE, REPORT) and SAS/STAT procedures for summarization, Cross-Tabulations, and statistical analysis purposes.
