• Initiate sales process by scheduling consultations with warm leads; Conduct initial consultation; Explain treatments and their capabilities; Discuss skincare line; Close sales by building rapport; Overcome objections; Prepare financing contracts with lenders such as Care Credit and Alphaeon Credit; Create client retention by upselling products and services; Recommend new products and services by evaluating current aesthetic treatment processes; Ensure a positive and warm experience;

• Consult with patient to determine best course of treatment; Explain recommended procedures in detail with patients; Maintain surgical schedule; Maintain 80% close rate; Act as liaison between patient and physician; Direct point of contact for patients; In charge of daily/weekly/monthly/yearly metrics; Liaison to all representatives of outside companies i.e. Galderma, Merz, Allergan; Responsible for closing all sales; In charge of ordering injectables and other consumables; Assist in all marketing promotions, events and social media postings; Follow up with no buys; etc.

Consult and sell cosmetic treatments such as plastic surgery, injectables, lasers and Ultherapy; Perform Ultherapy treatments on patients; Perform Sculpsure treatments on patients; Create cost saving strategies; Train new staff; Develop current staff; Implement strategies to meet or exceed financial goals. Responsible for obtaining and documenting accurate and concise patient history; Prepare the patient by performing various tests pertinent to the patient’s diagnosis and/or chief complaint; Prepare the operating room and instruments for surgical cases using sterile technique; Maintain the sterile field; Assist the surgeon from start to finish of each surgical case; In charge of inventory and ordering.

• Responsible for daily metrics; In charge of center budget; Ensuring cost effectiveness; Overseeing staff/patient interactions; Oversee and help close all sales; Determining and implementing creative ideas to achieve monthly financial goals; Laser vision correction education; Taking pre-operative measurements; Assist surgeon during surgical cases; Ordering of surgical supplies
