Accomplishments

Completed residential treatment at Gateway Foundation on November 7, 2024. There I learned a lot about not only my addiction, but also a lot of traumas that pull us towards our addictions.

Affiliations

I live in an Oxford House sober living. Here I have learned a lot about addiction, recognizing behavior changes that can point to a relapse and I've learned to listen to others effectively to help them through their problems and try to prevent a relapse.
