I moved to America almost five years ago, which was the beginning of covid, and despite the difficulties I’ve learned the school system with no help and learned English fluently. I when to High school and despite the difficulties, I always challenged myself by taking honors and Ap classes and although it was really hard, I maintained a great GPA. And I worked since i was a sophomore. i have always been really loyal to my work place and I think that is the reasoning I got higher in my position each year and I always managed work and school at the same time. In school, I’ve done choir for four years and each year, if we wanted to go to higher levels, we had to audition and I was part of out intermediate choir for two years. Each year we had the opportunity to travel to a different country and from choir, I learned different cultures and how to connect with someone that doesn’t speak the same languages as you. I’d like to think that this experience has given me the skill to connect with costumers and make conversation that makes shopping a fun experience for them.
I started as a Barista and later on I started working as the cashier and kitchen management. I’ve trained new employees, and always made sure of the costumers satisfaction with the service and their experience at Yeganeh bakery and cafe.
