I work closely with nurses to take care of patients.

Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients.

Measuring and recording vital signs like blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.

Collecting specimens such as blood and urine for laboratory tests.

Assisting with mobility and transportation of patients. Communicating effectively with the healthcare team to implement individualized patient care plans.

These tasks are performed under the direction of a Registered Nurse

I make sure patient safety comes first, so hand hygiene is always a priority for me, make sure patients beds are on lowers position and call bells are within reach.

• Assisted patients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing and dressing, while maintaining respect for patient privacy and dignity
• Delivered direct care to patients, assisting with bathing, feeding, and grooming tasks
• Made sure clients medications were taken and took some clients for doctors appointments

• Assisted clients with their daily activities like bathing, dressing, meal preparation, house cleaning and laundry
• I was kept them company and made sure they were always safe
• Made sure their medications were taken
• Worked with some dementia patients and Parkinson's disease patients so thought me to be more patient, and careful with clients
