Elementary Science TLC - Was responsible for supporting all grade levels in the building with the implementation of new FOSS Science Kits. Set up and proctored the Performance part of the NY State 4th grade Science test. Maintained a secure testing environment, monitored storage of testing materials and participated in scoring District tests. Also, I developed a Science AIS program based on pretest data which I then implemented in all four of the 4th grade classes. This resulted in a passing rate of over 70% on the NY State Science Test.
