I am a seasoned sales professional who has developed and grown business opportunities- both international and domestic. Classically educated in Liberal Arts, my sales career spans two decades and across both emerging technology and tradition commodities. In 2002, in concert with Danish partners, created and grew a specialized operation focused upon providing lumber products of the highest quality.
With demand outstripping supply, in 2006 I led the company to align with German partners (Treemex GmbH) who could assist growth and capital requirements. This forward movement allowed the company to provided the marketplace with, some reputable colleagues have remarked, as the “finest material available” in the commercial marketplace. While this enterprise has continued, regulatory burdens increase and, it could be said, the shifting politics of utilizing natural resources renders the future of this particular industry far from certain. It is for this reason that interests have begun to shift.
In closing, my travel experience has been of great value in so far as the experience I bring to any sales opportunity. Having attended the The American School in Switzerland in High School (TASIS/Lugano) and continuing business opportunities in both Western Europe and West Africa, I enjoy a high degree of comfort in dealing with contemporaries from other cultures and backgrounds.
