I performed all of the previous listed skills as a staff pharmacist from 2011-2015 but with the added responsibilities of the PIC from 2015-2016. The store closed for business on February 26, 2016 due to economic reasons. While employed I maintained ten pharmacy licenses, Louisiana being my home state plus being licensed in Arizona, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Nebraska, Oregon, Tennessee and West Virginia.

I was a staff pharmacist in Columbia Louisiana for Freds Pharmacy for eight years and then transferred to Monroe Louisiana where I became PIC. The Freds Pharmacy store I worked at on Louisville Avenue in Monroe Louisiana closed for business.
