Ended 2023 closing over $8MM in commerical loans and ranked in the top 12% in the country in categories of credit, deposit growth, card spend and merchant services. 2022 Pinnacle Award Winner ranked in the top 15% of the country. Exceeded goals in 2021 and 2020 over 200%. Successfully manage a book of over 1600 clients through a contact strategy of calls and in person meetings. Work closely with partners in Merrill Lynch, Merchant Services and SBA to deliver for my clients.

Lead the team on daily prospecting calls to new and existing business clients to cross sell products and make referrals to other lines of business. Managed credit application process from application to closing. Supported business and consumer clients with servicing and problem resolution.

Achieved GA State Million Dollar Club from 2016 to 2018. Advised clients on market trends and local real estate conditions. Developed marketing plans to promote listed properties for sale and worked with buyers. Negotiated contracts and coordinated transactions from start to closing for buyers and sellers.

Ran all operations for the Lovejoy Household. VP and President of Peachtree City Elementary PTO for 3 years. Managed the capital campaign for playground remodel and new computer tech lab also managed all yearly fundraisers for teacher supplies.

Managed a team that received and evaluated all customer correspondence addressed to the chairman over all lines of business which included Retail Banking, Cash Management, Insurance, Commercial Banking, Loans and Mortgages. Worked closely with Executive Management to either provide positive feedback or resolution. Made recommendations accordingly when changes in policy or procedure were needed. Reported weekly to the Chairman and Executive Leadership on all issues and how they were resolved.

Directed overall sales, service, development for us to 28 branches in Central NJ/Metro NYC. Managed Branch Managers as direct reports and over 200 indirect reports including Marketing, Branch Operations, and Human Resources. Managed opening of 10+ stores per year in new markets overseeing staffing, Marketing and Business Development. Worked business calls on large corporate deals with the Regional Commercial Lenders. Collaborated with Marketing to develop local market advertising and Corporate Fund Budgets.

Managed business development pipeline which consisted of business clients with $200K or higher in deposits. Exceeded deposit goal every year and won Retailer of the Year in 1997 for growing my market $21MM in new deposits. Managed one of the top two branches in teller transactions and new account openings in the company. Worked on joint calling with other lines of business including Treasury, Wealth Management, Commercial Lending, and Regional Vice President.
