• Oversee development and operations of fertility network comprising 1,100 reproductive endocrinologists and urologists across 650 clinic locations in the US and Canada. 2023 medical spend approached $430M with a projected 10% of US cycle share under Progyny.
• Responsible for management of seven commission-based teammates who are accountable for all contract negotiations (legal and financial) of networks with focus on provider relationships, operations management, outcomes reporting and business administration for reproductive endocrinology and urology, donor agencies, and ancillary and genetics labs.
• Actively participate in negotiations with providers, networks with the intent of reducing client spend and increasing Progyny margin.
• Oversee development and refinement of outcomes-based network including program strategy, probationary policies, inclusion criteria and Quality, Care and Efficiency implementations.
