As an enterprise accounts program manager, I am the main point of contact for enterprise level customers. I manage customer account items and monitor activity to ensure metrics or project goals (e.g., deadline, scope and quality) are achieved and exceeded.
I ensure that customer programs, designs, installations and service are completed to the agreed enterprise standards. I utilize local office resources and a team of subcontractors to perform work worldwide. In addition, I also assist customers with many items like issue resolution, capex planning and documentation. I am responsible for the P&L of my customer portfolio as well as the relationships for a broad array of clients.
