The Perkins plant in Sacramento is one of the largest high-volume plants in the area and once was in the nation. My years of employment there were some of the most demanding and also some of the most gratifying. From many different types of raw materials to a vast and various types of asphaltic concrete it is an understatement to say that one had to be at their best to stay current with all that went on there. From scheduling asphalt, talking with multiple foremen and managing thousands of tons to each and some only hundreds of tons to others staying sharp was an absolute. i can go on and on with the various duties that were demanded of me, im writing this to just showcase some of the many requirements. please feel free to ask any questions and i would be happy to explain in further detail, thanks.

I am not a volunteer per say but I offer my assistance in helping where i can. what I mean by that is I have a small junk removal business that I mostly offer services just slightly above what it would cost to dispose of unwanted material for homeowners and renters, it is a good way to help good hard-working folks out.
Several years ago, I was asked by a troubled teen in the family to mentor him through a high school alternative youth program "The Discovery Challenge Academy" that was a great experiance. outside of that im mostly an outdoorsy kind of guy. Camping, fishing, offroading.
