  • Pioneered this role in the GBR area, developing and deploying strategies to build these successful relationships in the Multi-dwelling unit communities. Self managing and keeping a organized schedule. To visit properties on a monthly basis, plan and execute events. attend town hall meeting at properties and facilitate any Comcast needs that arise.
  • Managed 80 properties in my portfolio with over 15,000 units total. Supporting 30% of my portfolio in Low income communities. Thru building relationships with being an liaison for the properties to facilitate any business, residential and technical needs.
