• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems across multiple entities.

• Prepare and submit business license and food permit applications for all stores; ensure renewals remain up to date.
• Maintain compliance files for COAM, lottery, alcohol, tobacco, and other regulated licenses.
• Oversee property tax bills, appeals, and assessment communications.
