• I started out as a Tier 1 employee and I was on the Inbound side I was responsible of checking in products that came into the building and then was moved up to become inbound Problem which entailed of problem solving all products and then in Nov of 2022 I was Promoted to Supervisor of Stow where I coach aa’s and set up the work board and put employee in the right path.

• I worked on the bank side of USAA I started out on the bank side helping members with all of their bank needs and then was trained on the credit card side.

• I worked in a call center I first started out working in Embarq which was changed to Century Link on the home phone side trouble shooting.
